Regulation Acceptance

The reservation of the property implies the acceptance of this regulation. The booker answers personally, even for the people who accompany him. Rates The prices are expressed in Euros and are per apartment and for the requested period. The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water and gas), kitchen linen with weekly change, bed linen and bath with weekly change, possible parking for a car/scooter parking space and the use of common areas. The price does not include the security deposit, any damages and any other service required by the customer that must be paid on site. We reserve the right to change the published prices of our apartments at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.

Booking & Pre-Payment

It is possible to make an online reservation using the booking system on our website http://appartamentielbamirella.com. To confirm the reservation you will have to communicate your data, a telephone number, an e-mail address, the holiday period, the number of people. A 50% deposit by bank transfer, credit and/or debit card or SEPA to debit. N.B. In case of bank transfer, the guest has 24 hours to make the deposit payment, while the balance must be credited to us already on the third day before arrival. (Ex. Arrival January 15, the transfer must be available in our account on January 12). In case of a non-refundable rate, the entire amount must be advanced by credit card. If the times indicated above are not respected, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the accommodation will be made available for new requests. Cancellation penalty

Reservations cancelled up to 7 days before arrival will not incur any charge. Cancellations made after this deadline result in the loss of the entire amount. In case of early departure, the entire agreed booking amount will still be withheld. In case of a discounted, non-refundable rate, no amount will be refunded in any case. The reservation must be modified or cancelled in writing, if within the deadlines, by sending an email to info@appartamentielbamirella.com and must be confirmed in writing by the managers. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival, 50% of the entire stay will be charged (equivalent to the deposit paid). In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged. In case of early departure, the entire agreed booking amount will still be withheld. In case of a discounted, non-refundable rate, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances. The reservation must be modified or cancelled in writing, if within the expected terms, by sending an email to info@appartamentielbamirella.com and must be confirmed in writing by the structure.

Unavailability of accommodation occurred If force majeure prevents the booked accommodation from being made available to customers, the OWNERS reserve the right to assign another accommodation with similar or higher characteristics at the same price, or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation, refunding the tourist the amount paid without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation for any reason. It is specified that apart from what you have paid, nothing else will be refunded or compensated. Therefore, no claim for compensation will be considered. Regulations on the management of holiday homes As provided for by the regional law on holiday homes, the manager is obliged to change the linen weekly and to clean the apartment at each customer change. Any extra change of linen, requested by the customer has a cost of € 9.00 per person, to be paid in cash at the exchange itself. Linen means sheets and a set of towels (personal, face and shower) per person. The living units are equipped with beds, pillows and blankets, wardrobe, hangers, drawers, bedside tables or shelves, central lighting, bedside lamps or sconces, table for eating meals with chairs, armchairs or sofas in the living room with seats equal to the number of people that can be accommodated, broom, shovel, bucket, floor rag. All this will have to be related to the number of beds. The kitchens are equipped with a kitchen with oven, refrigerator, sink with dish drainer, a battery, two kitchen knives, 1 sugar bowl, a coffee maker, a colander, a salad bowl, a grater, a juicer, a bottle opener/corks, a can opener, a milk can, a trash can with plastic bags, a tablecloth, napkins and kitchen towels. For each hostable person: two knives, two forks, two spoons, two teaspoons, two flat plates, a deep plate, two glasses, a cup, a small cup. The bathrooms, in addition to linen, are equipped with a waste bin, mirror and contiguous electrical outlet, shelf, broom, bath mat. Arrival - Balance - Security Deposit At least 24 hours before arrival, considering the absence of a reception service, the customer is required to inform the manager of the exact time of arrival, in order to receive an adequate welcome. On the day of arrival the apartment can be taken over from 15.00 to 23.00. Upon arrival, guests must show a valid ID. You will be given the keys, you will be shown the apartment and together with the balance of the apartment must be paid, a security deposit of € 100.00 for any damages and/or deficies. The security deposit will be returned on the day of departure after the manager checks the apartment. In case of damage and\or deficiency, compensation assessed by the manager of the structure will be requested to be paid before departure. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, credit cards (visa, mastercard, ATM) and paypal. Departure - Return of the property On the day of departure, the owner or an agent will collect the keys and check the status of the property, if it will be released as it was delivered and if all the rules of this regulation are respected, the security deposit will be returned. Any damage caused will have to be compensated. The apartment must be released by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed, to allow it to be cleaned. Animals Pets are not allowed. Rules during the stay - Check the efficiency of the apartment and inform us of any anomaly or lack no later than 24 hours after your arrival, do not wait until the day of departure to inform us. - It is strictly forbidden to copy the keys: the trespassing, in the absence of authorisation, constitutes a serious criminal offence punishable by law. In case of loss of the keys, a refund of €20.00 is provided for the damage caused. - It is forbidden to stay in the house in a number of people greater than the maximum allowed. - It is forbidden to let strangers in without having previously communicated it to the manager and having received express consent. -All accommodations are delivered clean and working. The customer will have to provide for the daily reorganisation of the apartment and will be responsible for its integrity, so it is forbidden to move the furniture from their location. At the time of return of the property, the customer will have the obligation to leave the accommodation in acceptable conditions, in particular the cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes, which must be returned clean and tidy, under penalty of an additional € 30.00. Customers must also empty the refrigerator and trash can. On request, midweek cleaning is possible for a fee. - The tenant is required to observe the common rules relating to quiet, especially in the afternoon and at night, avoiding annoying noises and shouts. Particular silence must be respected between 22.00 and 8.00 and between 13.00 and 17.00. Parents are asked to constantly watch over their children so that they do not disturb. - The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the property entrusted to him. Cryware and other equipment of the house (chairs, blankets, etc.) must not be used or transported outside the house. All non-compliances will result in charges evaluated on a case by the person in charge himself. - Guests will be held responsible and must pay for any damage, breakage or loss of property made by you, or your visitors during your stay at the accommodation. The items that are replaced must be of the same quality as the originals. Failures caused by the tenant or those of ordinary maintenance will be charged to the tenant and the amounts withheld directly from the security deposit. - In doubtful cases, the person in charge will retain the entire deposit and return any difference together with the receipt of the expense incurred for the restoration at a later time. -It is absolutely forbidden to bring the linen outside the accommodation.
