Apartments in a recently built villa in a hilly area surrounded by greenery...quiet guaranteed!!! The Lido beach is only 950m away (14 minutes on foot) and nearby are the wonderful beaches of Barabarca and Zuccale. The apartments can accommodate four people (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), perfect for a family with two children or two couples of friends. They consist of a super-equipped kitchen which leads directly to a large covered terrace where you can eat in the open air while enjoying a wonderful panorama and caressed by a pleasant sea breeze. There are two bedrooms: the largest with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom with window has a shower and bidet. Equipped with Wi-Fi internet speed and stability, air condition, mosquito nets and an external washing machine for common use.

The house is procured on three sides by olive trees and other fruit trees, while it is overlooked by a wood which ensures the right peace and privacy for guests. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panorama that ranges from the surrounding countryside to Monte Capanna, from the Gulf of Mola to Forte Longone of Porto Azzurro, up to being able to admire the Apennines on the horizon. In the rear part, separating the house from the wood, there is a large green space where you can leave your car, let your children play or simply rest. Two apartments (Ulivi and Limoni) are equipped with a fireplace with grill where our guests can prepare succulent grilled meat and/or fish.

The Mirella apartments are located a few minutes by car from the center of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, due to the most characteristic and lively inhabited centers of the Island of Elba. Strategic point to move in the eastern or western part of the island, but even more to move from the southern to the northern coast and therefore be able to visit many of the numerous beaches on the island in just a few minutes.
