BOOKINGS WELL IN ADVANCE - DISCOUNTS FROM 5% TO 15%

By booking by March 29st, it will be possible to take advantage of a 5% discount for stays from April 04th to June 12th, by entering the code "Spring2026" at the time of booking.

By booking by _March 29st it will be possible to take advantage of a 8% discount for stays from June 13st to August 04th, by entering the code "Summer2026" at the time of booking.

By booking by April 30th it will be possible to take advantage of a 15% discount for stays from August 30h to November 12th, by entering the code "Autumn2026" at the time of booking.

PAYMENT METHODS (BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD)

At the time of booking, the customer pays a deposit, corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the stay. while the total balance of the reservation must be paid within 7 days before the arrival/beginning of the stay;

N.B. For reservations made within 28 days prior to the start of the stay, the total balance can be paid at check-in in cash or by card. (ATTENTION!!! If you intend to pay the balance by bank transfer, the same must be done at least 3 days before arrival).

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the reservation, at any time up to 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit. If the cancellation takes place within 7 days prior to arrival/check-in, or in case of no-show (NO-SHOW), the customer will not only lose the deposit but also the total balance.
