The super-equipped kitchen with everything you need (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee cups, pots, pans, salad bowl, salad spinner, various types of knives, cutting boards, laminated tablecloth, placemats for breakfast, tea towels) and the main kitchen appliances (DISHWASHER, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle). Outside you will find a washing machine for common use. You will have at your disposal a coffee machine with a variety of pods for those who love more or less strong coffee. The bathroom with window is equipped with a comfortable chest of drawers, a large shower, toilet and bidet. There are two air conditioning splits positioned the first, in the master bedroom, and the second, in the eat-in kitchen, guaranteeing the cooling (or, if necessary, heating) of the whole apartment. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and French doors. The kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace equipped with a dining table made up of four chairs and two deck chairs where you can sunbathe or simply relax, while on the side of the house you will find a fireplace at your exclusive disposal to be able to make beautiful barbecues of meat or fish. Completely surrounded by greenery (olive trees on two sides of the house and plants of various types) and delighted by a splendid panorama with sea view, as well as part of the port and fort of Longone (current Porto Azzurro).

BOOKINGS WELL IN ADVANCE - DISCOUNTS FROM 5% TO 15%
By booking by April 7st, it will be possible to take advantage of a 8% discount for stays from May 12th to June 15th, by entering the code "Spring2025" at the time of booking.
By booking by April 7st it will be possible to take advantage of a 5% discount for stays from June 16st to August 04th, by entering the code "Summer2025" at the time of booking.
By booking by June 15th it will be possible to take advantage of a 10% discount for stays from August 10th to November 12th, by entering the code "Autumn2025" at the time of booking.
PAYMENT METHODS (BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD)
At the time of booking, the customer pays a deposit, corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the stay. while the total balance of the reservation must be paid within 7 days before the arrival/beginning of the stay;
N.B. For reservations made within 28 days prior to the start of the stay, the total balance can be paid at check-in in cash or by card. (ATTENTION!!! If you intend to pay the balance by bank transfer, the same must be done at least 3 days before arrival).
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the reservation, at any time up to 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit. If the cancellation takes place within 7 days prior to arrival/check-in, or in case of no-show (NO-SHOW), the customer will not only lose the deposit but also the total balance.

The Island of Elba can be reached by embarking in Piombino Marittima, where four shipping companies (BLU NAVY, TOREMAR, MOBY LINES AND CORSICA FERRIES) operate multi-day trips with their ferries. With a single hour of navigation, you can cover the approximately 10 kilometres that separate the island from the continent, reaching the ports of Portoferraio (the main one), Cavo and Rio Marina. Alternatively, there is a fast connection with the hydrofoil, passengers only, which covers the Piombino-Portoferraio route in just 35 minutes.
